Merikay Hunt

For over 25 years, Merikay has dedicated her career to helping dentists, physicians, and business executives unlock their true leadership potential to impact business results, build high-performing teams and improve quality of life. She is the founder and president of COACH MKay Companies, LLC based in North Carolina. Her consulting firm provides executive coaching, customized keynotes, and professional development programs to organizations throughout the U.S. She is a former multi-course certified Dale Carnegie instructor and adjunct hospital chaplain. Merikay received her B.S. from UNC-Chapel Hill, a master’s degree in Human Resource Counseling from NC A&T State University, and is a nationally awarded public speaker. She is a proud mom of three children, a mother-in-law, and was promoted to GRAND Kay with grand baby Grace!
