Understanding CDT is presented by Greg Grobmyer, DDS, and dives into Current Dental Terminology, basic terminology and dental anatomy, diagnosis code sets, and more! All information is current and includes the most recent 2022 code changes, additions, and revisions. (1.0 CE) credit hour.
Clean Claims 101 is presented by Tiffany Wesley, FAADOM, and Greg Grobmyer, DDS. This course discusses what information is required to send a “clean” claim, the order of claim submission when a patient has more than one plan, insurance contract basics, and why insurance verification is so important. (1.0 CE) credit hour.
Navigating the ADA Claim Form is presented by Tiffany Wesley, FAADOM, where she goes over every box on the ADA claim form. Learn what information must be included for the claim to be paid, how to send primary and secondary claims correctly the first time, and much more! (1.0 CE) credit hour.
Top Coding & Administration Errors is presented by Tiffany Wesley, FAADOM, Charles Blair, DDS, & Greg Grobmyer, DDS. With over 60 years of combined experience, these three have nearly seen it all! They will discuss the most common coding and administration mistakes made in dental practices so you can avoid them — and the compounding revenue cycle management roadblocks that come with making them. (1.0 CE) credit hour.

Generally, our online classes are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer to another eAssist University class or program, or any other products or services offered by eAssist University. We MAY approve a refund/transfer request in the following situations:
24 Hour Notification – The Student MUST notify us of their desire to transfer or cancel IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the online order. Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to the following address: [email protected] AND; Course materials provided have not have been accessed.
Technical Difficulties – The Student is unable to access or download materials due to technical difficulties that are the fault of eAssist University. Please note that it is the responsibility of the Student to ensure that required platforms, programs, formats, and any other program necessary to download and/or access course materials are available to the Student before purchasing any course or service provided by eAssist University. Refunds will not be given for a Student’s failure to download or access materials due to incompatibility with the Student’s computer systems.
Transfers: ALL Transfer requests MUST be made within 24-Hours of placing your order. We will ONLY approve transfer requests if the course materials provided have not been accessed. The tuition difference will NOT be refunded for transfers INTO a course of LESSER value. Transfers to courses of GREATER value must include payment of additional tuition with the transfer request.

Book refund policy – Books must be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment, unopened and in the plastic wrap. Book refund amount will not exceed the value of the course bundle, less the retail price of the course.
If course purchased with Practice Booster:
The Practice Booster subscription is for one user/location only. Refunds for the Practice Booster subscription will only be granted within 14 days of purchase.
