Kristine Berry is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Dental Diversity and Inclusion Alliance (DDIA), a coaching and training firm that helps dental organizations foster sustainable success by leveraging the power of cultural diversity. With over 30 years of experience in the dental industry, she is a certified diversity executive (CDE) and a master of executive coaching (MSEC), as well as a LCAC-COC certified facilitator. She has the skills and knowledge to understand and leverage diverse cultural preferences, multiple perspectives, and dialectic forms of critical thinking to address today's complexity. As a coach, trainer, and speaker, she partners with dental leaders and teams to transform mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and strategic partnerships into opportunities by proactively addressing cultural integration. She also enhances team performance, creativity, and innovation by unleashing the potential of diverse talents and backgrounds. She has delivered national and international education and training programs, live and virtual, to diverse audiences at various conferences and events. She has published multiple articles, books, and blogs on various topics related to dental business management, communication, leadership, and adult growth and development.
